S1: Physical therapy has been my main focus second quarter, but I have been able to build on my yoga practice during that time as well, there is video proof. My Wednesday morning routine died out because I didn't have a way to get to school as early as I needed to to make it happen. Meditation is now essential for me to feel well enough to really function at my highest potential, but I don't always document every single time I do it, which needs to change. My goal is to document all my activities in a consistent, efficient way for second semester.
Most of my work is physically documented in a notebook. The videos I took are on the content documentation folder in the team drive, one video form this year is on my youtube.

Q1: Yoga is still in part the main way I am practicing keeping my body fit and well. I am now incorporating Physical Therapy, which is the most rigorous part of the work for this study.
I meditate more frequently than I do anything else.
I started reading a book called Being Nobody, Going Nowhere which is helping me to define and refine my practices that align with Buddhism. The Wednesday Morning Dance Party is a little project that I want to do over the course of the year. I am going to try to learn some dance moves and learn how to move my body to music in an aesthetically pleasing way.
I tried to make buttons to the videos I've taken, but it wouldn't work
